ABOUT US

Meet Nancy Sherman, LCSW
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping people find stability, resilience, and renewed direction. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and practical—honoring both the impact of trauma and the strength it takes to seek support.
I believe meaningful change happens when you feel safe, understood, and empowered to take the next step. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, clarity, and encouragement as you move toward healing.
My Approach
I combine trauma-informed care with evidence-based therapies, including:

-
CBT for understanding and changing unhelpful patterns
-
EMDR for processing traumatic memories and reducing emotional distress
-
Mindfulness for grounding and emotional regulation
-
Strengths-based work to highlight resilience and capacity
-
Collaborative goal-setting to keep therapy aligned with your needs
Whether you’re recovering from trauma, navigating anxiety, or strengthening relationships, we work together at your pace.
